Shipping
Shipping is handled either by DHL Expresss or by our local post office here in Denmark - Post Nord.
Orders will be shipped out within 5 working days. Typical delivery time is about two weeks + local customs handling time if you live outside of EU.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please don't hesitate to use the contact form here to have us get a quote for shipping to your country.
If you want to track your shipment, you can enter your tracking number here. Don't worry, their website is available in english.
Returns
Each PadMod is custom made to order, which means we can't offer returns. If you experience any problems with the PadMod though, dont hesitate to contact us. You can however return ear pads within 14 days if they are unused. The customer pays the tracked return shipping.
